A deep, rich blackberry liqueur from Giffard & Cie in the Loire Valley, made with macerated wild blackberries, beet neutral spirit and sugar beet sugar. It balances luscious jammy sweetness with bramble tartness and mild seed bitterness. The liqueur is deep purple and almost opaque, with ripe blackberry purée, jam and bramble aromas. It can be enjoyed neat, in cocktails such as the Bramble, or as a dessert accent.
