Giffard Crème de Fruits de la Passion is a French passionfruit crème-style liqueur from Giffard & Cie in Angers, in the Loire Valley. It is made from concentrated passionfruit juice and has a gold colour with orange hues.
The liqueur captures the juicy, tropical sweetness and tart acidity of passionfruit pulp in a smooth, velvety texture. At 16% ABV it is suited to cocktails and cordial use.
