Glasgow 1770 6 Year Old Cask Strength Cognac Cask Finish Small Batch No.2 (70cl)

This is a six-year-old small-batch single malt from Glasgow Distillery, released as Small Batch No.2 at cask strength in a 70cl bottle. It is lightly peated and was first matured in five first-fill ex-bourbon barrels, three unpeated and two peated. The barrels were then married and finished for three years and four months in Cognac casks. That time in Cognac wood brings vibrant fruit and floral aromas, with gentle smoke showing through, balancing sweet brandy-cask richness against subtle peat.
