GlenDronach Ode To The Embers is a peated Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle at 48.4% ABV. It belongs to the GlenDronach Master's Anthology, a trilogy centred on sherry casks, and is a limited edition.
Master Blender Rachel Barrie put the whisky together, combining Oloroso sherry casks with Pedro Ximénez casks. The aim is a balance of smoke and sweetness, with a warmth that lingers.
