Glenfiddich – 12 Year Old (70cl, 40%)

Glenfiddich 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt matured for at least twelve years in American oak and European oak sherry casks. After maturation it is rested in oak marrying tuns, which gives it sweet, subtle oak flavours. Its fruitiness is attributed to the high cut point favoured by the distillery's founder, William Grant, and its freshness to the Highland spring water used since 1887. It is described as creamy, with a long, smooth and mellow finish.
