Glenfiddich – 15 Year Old Solera Fifteen Single Malt (70cl, 40%)

Glenfiddich 15 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in three types of oak cask: sherry, bourbon and new oak. The whisky is then married in a handcrafted Oregon pine Solera vat, which is never emptied and always kept at least half full. The nose is sweet heather honey and vanilla fudge with rich dark fruits. On the palate come sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger, in a full-bodied, silky style. The finish is rich, with lingering sweetness.
