Glenfiddich 21 Year Old Reserva Rum Cask Finish is a Speyside single malt bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It matures for 21 years in American oak ex-bourbon casks, then is finished in Caribbean rum casks. It is non-chill filtered.
On the nose there are toffee, brown sugar, ripe banana and fig, with vanilla, citrus peel and oak spice. The palate offers dried fruit, molasses, ginger and oak, alongside tropical fruit and caramelised sugar, with a silky texture. The finish is long and warming, with toffee, vanilla and gentle rum sweetness.
