Glenfiddich 23 Year Old Grand Cru is a Speyside single malt from the Grand Series, made at the family-owned distillery in Dufftown that William Grant founded in 1887. It matured for 23 years in American and European oak before a finishing period in French cuvée casks, which add a delicate brightness.
The nose has apple blossom, freshly baked bread and candied lemon. The palate brings rich vanilla oak, sweet brioche, sandalwood, pear sorbet and white grape. The finish is long and sweet.
