Glenfiddich – Experiment 02 Project XX (70cl, 47%)

This is Glenfiddich Experiment 02, also known as Project XX, a single malt bottled at 47% in a 70cl bottle. It is the second release in Glenfiddich's experimental series. Project XX was created when twenty people from across the whisky industry came together to work on a single expression. The nose is warm with summer fruit, sweet candyfloss and liquorice. A flake of sea salt on the side is suggested as a way to bring out the taste.
