Glenfiddich – Fire and Cane (70cl, 40%)

Glenfiddich Fire and Cane is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle, and part of the distillery's Experimental Series. It marries Glenfiddich's peated whisky with unpeated single malt aged in bourbon casks, and the combined whisky is then finished in Latin rum casks. The character is sweet and smoky, with rich caramel and spice, fresh green fruit and a soft, pillowy smoke. Spicy sausage or ice cream are suggested as food pairings.
