Glenfiddich Fire and Cane is the fourth release in the distillery's Experimental Series. It marries peated Glenfiddich with unpeated single malt aged in bourbon casks, and the whole is finished in Latin rum casks. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
It is described as sweet and smoky, with rich caramel and spice, fresh green fruit and soft smoke. Spicy sausage or ice cream are suggested as pairings.
