Grand Château is a limited edition 31 year old single malt from Glenfiddich, in a 70cl bottle at 47.6% ABV. It was aged in American and European oak casks, then finished in Bordeaux wine casks.
For this release Glenfiddich worked with the French artist André Saraiva, who designed the packaging; his bright, bold print is found inside the box.
The tasting notes describe ripe red fruits, dark chocolate and warm spices with a full-bodied mouthfeel, and a long finish with hints of toasted oak.
