Glenfiddich Perpetual Collection Vat 01 is a single malt Scotch whisky in a 1 litre bottle, bottled at 40% ABV. It comes from a range kept in perpetual motion, held in vats that have never been emptied.
Vat 01 takes added depth from maturation in bourbon and red wine casks. William Grant built the Glenfiddich distillery with his family in 1886, and it remains family owned.
It is described as having sweet and spicy notes and a soft, mellow taste.
