An 8 year old Glenglassaugh single malt from the Highlands, distilled in 2015 and bottled by Dram Mor as a single cask of 237 bottles. It is bottled at 53.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
After maturing in its original cask, the whisky had a short finish in a first-fill Cognac hogshead. Its colour is dandelion yellow.
The nose combines vanilla, peppercorns and juicy raisins. On the palate the Glenglassaugh spirit comes through with raisin and yellow sultana notes, and the finish is lively, with the flavours recurring.
