Glengoyne 10 Year Old Barley Dry by Air is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 40% ABV. It is matured in hand-selected casks: 20% first-fill European oak sherry, 20% first-fill American oak bourbon and 60% refill oak.
The sherry casks bring intensity and richness, while the first-fill bourbon casks add fresh notes of citrus and vanilla.
The nose offers coconut oil, honey, lemon zest and dried oak. On the palate are toffee apples, ginger, orange and shortbread. The finish carries a hint of sherry, soft oak and cinnamon spice.
