Glengoyne 21 Year Old is a Highland single malt matured exclusively in hand-selected sherry casks for 21 years and bottled at 40%. The darker colour and long finish come from those years in sherry wood.
The nose is sultanas and hazelnuts, with dried fruits and rich spice. On the palate there is Christmas cake, honey and rich fruit, followed by a long finish with cinnamon.
