Glengoyne 21 Year Old is a Highland single malt, unpeated and bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured for more than two decades in a combination of European and American oak sherry casks.
On the palate it is described as showing dried figs, dates and dark cherries alongside toffee, honey, cinnamon and nutmeg, with orange peel, dark chocolate and toasted oak appearing as it develops. The finish is long and velvety, with lingering sherry sweetness and warming spice.
