Glengoyne – White Oak

Glengoyne White Oak is a Highland single malt and a newer addition to the distillery's core range. It is matured only in first-fill bourbon casks and new oak casks from North America. The new oak is charred for less than a minute. The nose is light, with buttery oak, green banana and a hint of floral tea. The palate is creamy, with vanilla, a touch of tropical pineapple, caramel apple and spiced poached pears. Orchard fruit lingers in the finish, along with pastry, a little pepper, warm sponge cake and ginger.
