Glenkinchie 12 Years Old is a Lowland single malt bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in seasoned casks.
It was named Best Lowland Single Malt at the 2013 World Whiskies Awards.
The nose is light and floral, with fresh cereal, cut flowers and orange blossom. On the palate there is gentle warmth, Madeira notes and sweet stewed fruit, with tannic oak lining the mouth. The finish is rounded, with cereal and a fresh greenness.
