Glenkinchie – Distillers Edition 2022 (70cl, 43%)

This is the 2022 Distillers Edition from Glenkinchie, a Lowlands single malt bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the Classic Malts of Scotland, a range that has been presented together since 1987. The whisky was matured twice, the second time in Amontillado sherry casks made from American white oak. The nose is winey, nutty and malty. On the palate there is dry malt and biscuit, with grapes and fine spice. The finish is long and dry, with notes of wood.
