Glenmorangie – A Tale of Ice Cream (70cl, 46%)

Glenmorangie A Tale of Ice Cream is a limited edition Highland single malt bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It was inspired by Dr Bill Lumsden's love of indulgence and nostalgia. The whisky is made at the distillery in Tain and matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in dessert wine casks. It is non-chill-filtered and part of Glenmorangie's Tale Of series. The nose is typically described as vanilla, honeycomb and creamy fudge, with tropical fruit and orange zest. The palate shows honey, peach and mango with malted cream, biscuit and soft oak spice. The finish is long and smooth, with vanilla cream, citrus and soft oak.
