This is a 30 year old Highland single malt from Glenmorangie, an official bottling released in 2004 in a 70cl bottle at 44.3% ABV. It was finished in Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose is described as very subtle, with watercress, walnut skin and a note of Darjeeling tea. The palate is rounded, sweet and complex, with ripe banana, fructose and tropical fruit, then turns smoky, spicy and gingery.
