Glenmorangie The Lasanta is a 12 year old single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle. It is first matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks, then finished in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks sourced from Jerez in Spain.
The sherry casks add raisin richness, toffee and spice. The palate is described as warm spices with chocolate-covered raisins, honeycomb, caramel toffee, sultanas, orange segments, walnuts and butterscotch, followed by a long finish of spiced orange and chocolate-covered hazelnuts.
