Graham's 20 Year Old Tawny Port (37.5cl, 20%)

Graham's 20 Year Old Tawny is a Douro Valley port in a 37.5cl bottle, bottled at 20% ABV. It is a blend of many vintages whose average age in wood is about twenty years. The wine matures in seasoned oak casks, where slow oxidation gives its amber-gold colour and nutty character. Fermentation is halted with grape spirit, so the port keeps its natural sweetness. The grapes include Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão and Sousão. It shows dried fruit, toasted nuts, caramel and citrus peel, with freshness and elegance throughout.
