Gran Gala VS Cognac-Style Brandy (75cl, 40%)

Gran Gala VS is a cognac-style brandy in a 75cl bottle, inspired by French cognac distillation methods. It is not produced in the Cognac appellation, and the VS grade means the youngest spirit in the blend has spent at least two years in cask. Bottled at 40% abv, it has a deep amber colour and can be served neat, in a snifter or in cocktails such as the Sidecar. The nose is aromatic, with yellow plum, ripe apricot and a light vanilla note. The palate is smooth and rounded, with soft stone fruit, gentle spice and vanilla cream, leading to a warm, lightly sweet finish.
