Gran Gala VS (75cl, 40%)

Gran Gala VS is a Cognac-style brandy in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 40% abv. It follows traditional French Cognac distillation methods but is not made in the Cognac appellation, and it carries a VS grade. The style is smooth and fruit-forward with soft vanilla, and it suits drinking neat as well as mixing in cocktails such as a Sidecar. The spirit is deep amber with warm golden hues. On the nose there is yellow plum and ripe apricot with a soft vanilla finish. The palate is rounded, with soft stone fruit, gentle spice and vanilla cream, and the finish is warm, balanced and lightly sweet.
