Grappa di Brunello (70cl)

A grappa from Marolo expressing the character of the pomace it comes from, with intense, sincere aromas of ripe red fruit and a subtle dried-fruit note. The nose is clean, direct yet refined, with sweet spice adding interest without heaviness. On the palate it surprises with balanced warmth and roundness, supported by a clean taste that leaves a pleasant, sincere persistence. It is best sipped neat in a small tulip glass at a moderate temperature, as a characterful digestif or with dark chocolate and aged cheeses.
