A grappa distilled from Dolcetto grapes, produced by Marolo using traditional artisanal methods. It is clear in colour, with aromas of ripe forest fruits, delicate spice and a light hint of rose. On the palate it is soft and balanced, with a pleasant complexity and a long, persistent finish. It is suited as a digestif, and pairs well with dark chocolate or aged cheeses.
