Grappa Marolo Nebbiolo (70cl)

A grappa distilled from selected Nebbiolo pomace by Marolo. It is clear and crystalline, with an intense, harmonious bouquet of ripe fruit and floral notes, plus light touches of vanilla and spice from brief maturation in wood. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, with a balance between alcohol and aroma, ending in a long, harmonious finish. It is best served after a meal in a tulip glass, slightly warmed by the hand.
