Green River Honey Finished Bourbon is made in Owensboro, Kentucky, and bottled at 46% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The base is Green River's Kentucky straight bourbon, built on four-year-old bourbon.
It is finished with real honey, which adds a rounded, natural sweetness while the vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and warm spice of the bourbon stay in front.
The nose is wildflower honey, vanilla, toasted oak and caramel. The palate brings toffee sweetness, honeyed warmth, gentle spice and soft oak, and the finish is lingering honey and vanilla with a warm bourbon fade.
