Green Spot is a single pot still Irish whiskey in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV. It is produced for Mitchell & Son Wine Merchants in Dublin, where the brand began, and is matured in a selection of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks.
The nose offers aromatic oils and spice, orchard fruit and barley over toasted wood. The palate is full and spicy, with a hint of cloves, the sweetness of green apples and toasted oak. The finish is lingering, with spice and barley.
