Habitation Velier Providence 2020

Habitation Velier Providence 2020 is a Haitian rum made from pure sugar cane juice, the result of a collaboration between the Providence distillery and Velier. The cane is grown locally and processed by traditional methods, with natural fermentation and distillation in a pot still to keep the character of the raw material. The nose brings fresh cane, ripe fruit and aromatic herbs, with a little spice and a fermentative edge. The palate is lively and structured, with vegetal, fruity and lightly spiced flavours, a broad texture and a fresh tension. The finish is long, with cane, spice and a touch of salinity.
