Providence 2020 Haitian Pure Single Rum is made from syrup of the Cristalline sugar cane variety, grown by Michel Sajous in Saint-Michel de l'Attalaye. It is double distilled in a copper Müller still and aged for three years in ex-Providence rum casks. It is bottled at 52% ABV in a 700 ml bottle. No colouring or added sugar is used.
