Hakushu – 12 Year Old (70cl)

This is a 12 year old single malt from the Hakushu distillery, which is owned by Suntory. The distillery stands in mountain forests, and the whisky is lightly peated, with a range of herbal and fruity notes. Several original techniques in fermentation, distillation and maturation contribute to it. This is the earlier bottling of the 12 year old, in a 70cl bottle.
