Hakushu – 12 Year Old (Older Bottling) (70cl, 43%)

Hakushu 12 Year Old is a Japanese single malt whisky, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from the Hakushu Distillery, known as the Mountain Forest Distillery because it stands among fresh streams and lush forests. The distillery was built on the idea of coexisting with nature, and a bird sanctuary was set up to help protect the surroundings and the pristine water used to make the whisky. The taste is crisp and vibrant, and the whisky can be drunk neat, on the rocks or with ice and soda water.
