Hakushu – Distiller's Reserve (70cl, 43%)

Hakushu Distiller's Reserve is a Japanese single malt in a 70cl bottle at 43% abv. It comes from the Southern Japanese Alps, where forests, soft crisp water and mountains shape the whisky. Hakushu grew from the dream of Keizo Saji, the second master blender, who wanted a new type of whisky. Four seasons at high altitude are part of its character. It is described as green and fresh, with a crisp, vibrant feel.
