Hakushu Distillery Exclusive Single Malt is a Japanese single malt from Suntory's Hakushu Distillery in Yamanashi. This limited release comes in a 30cl bottle at 43% and has a light gold colour.
Peppermint, spearmint, honeydew melon and cucumber shape the aroma, with a little oak behind them. The light, clean palate brings yuzu and grapefruit alongside melon sweetness and a trace of smoke. Citrus continues through a crisp finish, joined by gentle melon sweetness and the herbal earthiness of lemon thyme.
