Hampden Estate Pagos is an aged Jamaican single pot still rum, and the first expression from the producer to be matured entirely in a sherry cask.
It was made with wild fermentation and aged fully in the tropics. The name comes from the Spanish word for plots of vineyards in the Jerez area. It is bottled at 52% in a 70cl bottle.
The rum is bouncy and pronounced, with subtle rancio notes.
