Handy & Schiller Small Batch Mint Julep Cocktail (75cl, 35%)

This is a ready-to-drink mint julep made in the United States by Buffalo Trace Distillery. It is bottled at 35% and can be poured straight from the bottle, with no muddling or mixing. The cocktail keeps a clear bourbon core, with clean mint and a balanced sweetness rather than the thin feel of a low-strength mixer. It is best served well chilled over crushed ice. On the nose there is fresh mint, sweet bourbon and light oak. The palate is cool mint with smooth whiskey warmth and subtle sweetness, and the finish carries cooling mint, light sweetness and lingering bourbon warmth.
