Handy & Schiller Small Batch Paper Plane Cocktail (75cl, 25%)

This is a ready-to-drink bourbon cocktail in the style of a Paper Plane, made in the United States by Buffalo Trace Distillery under the Handy & Schiller name. It comes in a 75cl bottle at 25% ABV and is made in small batches. The Paper Plane combines bourbon, citrus, a bittersweet aperitif character and a light herbal edge. This version needs no shaking or measuring: it can be poured over ice or served in a coupe with a lemon twist. The nose is tangy lemon, citrus peel and a bittersweet orange note. The palate has bourbon warmth and gentle sweetness against herbal depth and bitterness. The finish is clean and crisp, with citrus, light spice and a short bitter snap.
