Hardin's Creek Warehouse W is an 11 year old Kentucky straight bourbon from the Hardin's Creek Rickhouse Series. It was aged entirely in Warehouse W, a historic multi-level rickhouse, and the series looks at how different warehouses shape maturation. It is bottled at 55% ABV and is non-chill filtered. This is a limited release, distilled and bottled in Clermont, Kentucky. In the tasting notes, the nose is roasted corn, vanilla bean and dark fruit, followed by warm baking spices, toffee and subtle herbal notes on the palate. The finish is long, with balanced oak, gentle sweetness and earthy undertones.
