Hautefeuille Parcelle Hangard Batch 1 is a single malt from Picardy, made with barley from one plot, the Hangard parcel, on the family farm that Étienne d'Hautefeuille took over before starting his whisky in 2017. The barley is of the Laureate variety, and the spirit was distilled in a Stupfler still.
It matured in French oak casks and ex-rum casks, then was finished in casks that previously held Condrieu wine from Maison Guigal, cuvée La Doriane.
