Hautefeuille – Single Malt Whisky

This is a single malt whisky from the Hautefeuille distillery in Picardy, whose first distillation took place in March 2017. The barley comes from the family estate, and the distillery adjusts its recipe from one distillation to the next, with the aim of showing off its local terroir. Attention is paid to the mash density, the running of the still and the choice of casks for ageing. Each cuvée names the parcel of family barley it was made from. This edition is limited to about 2000 bottles.
