Headlands Distilling Company – Muscat Cask Whisky (70cl, 46%)

Headlands Distilling Company Muscat Cask is an Australian single malt, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is made from locally grown malted barley, distilled and filled into barrel in the coastal town of Wollongong, New South Wales. The whisky was finished in oak casks seasoned with 150 year old Seppeltsfield Rare Muscat, an Australian fortified wine. Rich raisins and preserved fruits sit alongside butterscotch, smooth charred oak and vanilla.
