Heartwood The Adult Cask Strength Single Malt (50cl, 62.1%)

The Adult is a cask strength single malt from Heartwood, released by owner Tim Duckett. It is bottled at 62.1% in a 50cl bottle. The spirit is lightly peated new make from the Lark distillery, matured in a Sherry cask that Tim Duckett chose himself. The original cask held 300 litres and its contents were divided into thirds. Two parts were bottled as the Toddler and the Adolescent, while the last third was left to age further and became The Adult, completing the trilogy.
