Heaven's Door 10 Year Old Decade 2 Rye (50%)

Heaven's Door Decade 2 is a 10 year old rye whiskey bottled at 50% ABV. It belongs to the Decade series and comes from Heaven's Door, which was created in collaboration with Bob Dylan. The rye is distilled and then matured for ten years in new oak casks, which gives close contact between the spirit and the wood. It shows strong notes of spicy rye with subtle hints of vanilla and oak. A light sweetness runs through the palate, and the finish is peppery.
