Heaven's Door Bootleg Series Vol. V is an 18 year old straight bourbon whiskey from the 2023 release of the brand's annual Bootleg Series, made in collaboration with Bob Dylan. It has a finish in Spanish red vermouth casks and is bottled at cask strength, 57% ABV (114 proof), in a 70cl bottle. The label carries Dylan's artwork No Vacancies, from 2019, part of his From the Beaten Path collection. Tasting notes mention subtle vanilla, dark fruit and hints of allspice on the nose, a balanced palate of caramel, honey and vanilla, and a clean, pleasant, lingering finish.
