This is a French single malt from Hériose, made from 100% French barley in the south-west of France. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The spirit is double distilled in small stills and matured in bourbon casks before blending. It was created by Rémi Boinaud, who is of Franco-Scottish origin.
The colour is pale gold. The nose has vanilla, brioche, crème brûlée and pear, with light coconut and banana over malted barley. The palate is creamy, with pastry notes.
