Hibiki 21 Year Old is a Japanese whisky from the Hibiki range, which Suntory launched in 1989 to mark its 90th anniversary. The range is built around the art of blending.
On the nose there is cooked fruit, blackberry and ripe banana. The palate brings honeycomb and dried apricot, with a hint of Mizunara, and the finish is long and rich.
