Hibiki 30 Year Old is a Japanese whisky aged for thirty years and bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle.
Its colour is an amber bronze. The nose offers roasted fruit, blackberry, ripe banana and caramel. On the palate come sandalwood, honeycomb and apricot, along with mizunara, the Japanese oak. The finish is long and rich, with an aroma of incense.
